Who’s behind this
AI for Life is made by ByteFlowAI — the practice of Matthew Sutherland, who goes by the AI Guy Matt. Matthew works with Claude every day and spends his time helping non-technical people get real, practical value out of AI without the jargon.
This guide is the beginner on-ramp: short lessons, plain language, copyable prompts, and one clear outcome at a time. No accounts, no data collection, no pressure — just the path he wishes every beginner had.
Why it’s free
The lessons are free because getting started shouldn’t cost anything. Two things keep it going: the AI for Life community, where learners help each other and go further together, and custom lessons built for a specific real-life task. Both are optional. The core guide stays open.
